Few reasons really. 1. The 3rd gen Mazda 6 looks way better than the 5-Series of the same age. 2. I wouldn't be able to afford a BMW of the same age and mileage. 3. The Mazda 6 interior is pretty lush and plenty of toys on top of the range for half the price. 4. I don't like Mercedes.

Mazda CX-5 SE-LUX 2.2 2WD Diesel. - Engine failure. I have a 2013 CX-5 Lux 2WD with approx 55,000 miles on the clock. Driving at around 30mph, the engine cut out without any warning - no spluttering, no failure lights. I just coasted to the side of the road to park at the kerb. The engine hasn't started since.

For the Mazda CX7 2.3 litre engine and its turbocharger (as it is with most modern turbocharged vehicles), regular servicing is ESSENTIAL. This is ESPECIALLY so for the CX7 2.3L Turbo engine. And the most critical need is for the oil and filter to be changed at EVERY service.

Dear forum members, Im an fresh an new owner of an Mazda 6 2.2D. Its make year 2013; may, it has 112.000 miles (180.000km) on it and has always been serviced at an dealer and has had no big technical issues yet. I have had to buy this car rather quickly because I wanted to despose of my old
2. The 2.2-litre diesel engine is great. It’s smooth and quiet at both low and high speeds. It responds well, too, so if you need to get past that person firmly hogging the middle lane on the M6, there’s no need to drop a gear; and, it’s pretty fast, developing 148bhp, and with a 0-62mph time of 8.1 seconds. 3. The steering. MAZDA 6 2.2D 175PS, Engine low oil pressure light comes on after a few miles, oil pressure has been checked and is steady at about 60psi at 2000 rpm, oil and filter just changed, again, but same warning came up after approx 6 miles of running, closely followed by engine management light, and i stop ***** *****ght, pulled in and cleared warnings, restarted and drove a further mile or so home MAZDA 2.0 OR 2.2.
